1. Den Anweisungen der Crewmitgliedern ist in allen Fällen Folge zu leisten

2. Der Besitz von mehreren Accounts ist nicht erlaubt und führt zum Ausschluss des Spieles. Die Ausnahme bilden vorher angemeldete Doppelaccounts in besonderen Verhältnissen (Beziehung / Verwandtschaft). Diese müssen zudem auch aktiv gespielt werden, sollte ein Account nicht aktiv gespielt werden kann dieser von der Spielleitung gelöscht werden. Auch das Sitten (einloggen in fremde Accounts) ist nicht gestattet. Das Verwenden von Proxys ist generell nicht gestattet und kann zum Ausschluss des Spieles oder einem Account-Reset führen (zzgl. allen Accounts die zu diesem Account führen).

3. Der Länderanteil einer Familie darf nicht 25 % der gesamten verfügbaren Länder überschreiten.

4. Pro Spieler sind max. 8 Besitztümer zugelassen (max. Wert 8000 Credits)

5. Werben für andere Browsergames in Profilen, Chat, Familienprofilen und unseren Foren werden von uns geloggt und geahndet

6. Bei Technischen Problemen, wie Bugs, Zahlungsprobleme etc. wende dich bitte an einen Admin.

7. Für das Benutzen unseres Forums oder Chat gelten unsere Nutzungsbedingungen (siehe unten)

Nutzungsbedingungen

§1 Allgemeines

1. Mitspielen darf jede(-r) ab 16 Jahren.

2. Zur Teilnahme auf Alkapun.at muss zuerst eine Registrierung erfolgen. Die Registrierung ist mit vollständigen und wahrheitsgetreuen Angaben zu verrichten, ansonsten wird sie für ungültig erklärt, außerdem ist der Nutzer verpflichtet Änderungen dem Betreiber sofort zu melden.

3. Dein Passwort darfst Du niemals weitergeben. Ausserhalb des LogIn wird Dein Passwort niemals von uns abgefragt, verwende es daher auch nur für Deinen Zugang zum Spiel. Jeglicher Verlust, der auf der Weitergabe der Usernamen & Passwort-Kombination beruht, oder auf eine solche zurückführbar ist, wird nicht erstattet.

4. Der Betreiber ist nicht verpflichtet einen Nutzer auf Alkapun.at zuzulassen.
Er kann die Nutzung des Services ohne Nennung von Gründen untersagen.

5. Es ist nicht gestattet, Hilfsmittel wie Skripte, Bots oder Plugins, die Ihnen einen unlauteren Vorteil gegenüber anderen Teilnehmern verschaffen können, zu nutzen. Zudem ist es nicht gestattet, irgendeine Schutzvorrichtung des Spiels oder der Internetseite zu umgehen oder zu deaktivieren.

6. Der Nutzer stellt Alkapun.at von jeglichen Schadensersatz- oder sonstigen Ersatzansprüchen frei, selbst dann wenn sich herausstellen sollte, dass die Ansprüche gegenüber dem Nutzer oder dem Betreiber, die Zur Sperrung oder Löschung führten, unbegründet waren.

§4 Foren- und Chatregeln

1. Regeln

a) Beleidigungen anderer User, Mods oder Admins ist nicht erlaubt. Dies sollte eigentlich selbstverständlich sein. Vor allem solltet ihr rücksichtsvoll miteinander umgehen.
b) Beiträge mit einem rassistischen, sexistischen, vulgären oder anderen schädlichen Äußerungen sind ebenfalls unerwünscht.
c) Werbung für kommerzielle Seiten, andere Games, Reflinks und ähnliches sind verboten und führen zur sofortigen Sperre des Spielaccounts.
d) Wer Entscheidungen von Moderatoren und Administratoren massiv kritisiert und angreift wird von Forum und Spiel ausgeschlossen.
e) Bitte gebt bei erstellen eines Threads einen klaren und aussagekräftigen Threadtitel an. Niemand hat schließlich die Lust sich durch zig Threads mit Namen wie "häh", "boah", "schaut mal", "wie geil" und ähnlichem zu wühlen. Vor allem macht das wählen eines eindeutigen Threadtitels die Nutzung der Suchfunktion einfacher.
f) Wir dulden keine Diskussionen und Beleidigungen im Mini-Chat, dies kann zu einem sofortigen Kommunikationsbann führen.
g) Das Verbreiten von Links zu anderen Onlinespielen/Browsergames im Mini-Chat, führt ohne Vorwarnung, zum kompletten Bann oder Löschung des Spielaccounts.

2. Folgen

a) Die Administratoten/Moderatoren haben das Recht, Verstöße gegen die obengenannten Regeln zu ahnden. Dies kann von dem Editieren von Posts und den Schließen von Threads über die Löschung derselben bishin zur Verwarnung oder dem Bann eines Spielaccounts.

d) Sollte ein Mitglied mit der Maßnahme eines Moderators nicht zufrieden sein, so kann er den Spieleigentümer zur Stellungnahme per PM oder E-Mail bitten, wir sind grundsätzlich bereit, unsere Handlungen im privaten zu erklären. Dies heißt aber auch, dass wir öffentliche Diskussionen nicht dulden.
